About AHADI
Closing the mental health gap — one connection at a time.
Africa's population is expected to double in three decades — over 60% under 25. Yet the continent has just 1.4 mental health workers per 100,000 people, far below the global average of 9.0.
AHADI bridges this gap with a holistic digital platform connecting Tanzanian youth with psychotherapists, self-help tools, and community support — free of charge, stigma-free, and available in Swahili and English.
